सबसे पहले आपको एक टूल की ज़रूरत होगी जिसका नाम हैं "Resource Hacker". ये फ्री प्रोग्राम आपको किसी भी .exe फाइल और साथ में "Explorer.exe", और इसके साथ ही साथ ये [Start] button's लेबल को चेंज करने में भी मदद करता हैं. आप सीधे ही www.download.com पर जाकर "Resource Hacker" नाम का software ढूंढे और फिर इसे download कर ले.
चरण १:
अ-Run "Resource Hacker" and open the file "%windir%\Explorer.exe".
ब - You see a Tree of all Resources in this file, expand the "String Table"
स - Find the "start" and replace it with your own text. then press the [Compile Script] button.
ड- Save "Explorer.exe" as "MyStart.exe" DONT save it as Explorer.exe, do "save as.." and give it a new name.
त - बाहर निकल जे "Resource Hacker" वाले प्रोग्राम से.
चरण २:
अ- Click on the [Start] button and choose the "Run..." item from the start menu. (Or use the shortcut key WinKey+R)
ब - Type "RegEdit" in the Run "Dialog Box". And then press the [Ok] buton to run the "Registry Editor" program.
स - Go to: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon" and find the "Shell" property.
ड - Replace value of the "Shell" property to "MyStart.exe".
त - Quit "Registry Editor".
म- Restart your system.
